Step 1 ※ Band Measurement

Run a tape measure all the way around your body just 

underneath your breasts and take a measurement in inches.

Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and fairly snug. Your 

arms should be down. Write down this number.

32    34    36    38    40

The resulting number is the band size. If the number

 is odd, round down to the closest number.

33=32  35=34  37=36  39=38  41=40

Step 2 ※ Bust Measurement

Take a“gentle”measurement across the fullest part of the

 bust. This is your bust measurement 

Step 3 ※ Cup Size

BUST MEASUREMENT - BAND MEASUREMENT = CUP SIZE

36-35=1     36-34=2     36-33=3     38-34=4     38-33=5
